Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

All payments are made in full before processing and shipping your order.
We do not offer cash on delivery or card payment methods at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged during delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your payment screenshot.
We will review the case and offer a replacement if eligible.
